Oh Happy Sign collects information about individuals when they request to be added to a waiting list, register, attend Oh Happy Sign classes or make a purchase. Any personal information provided will not be sold on for any marketing purposes. Personal data collected for one purpose is not subsequently used for another without the individual’s consent.

Oh Happy Sign safeguards personal information through security policies and is committed to ensuring information is secure. Oh Happy Sign's booking/payment systems are secure and password protected. Great care is taken to ensure that data cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone not authorised to do so. Oh Happy Sign only keeps information for reasonable and necessary length of time. Only relevant and necessary information is stored. Oh Happy Sign carries out regular administration of files and records to remove duplicated and irrelevant information. Any debit or credit card details received via the our booking page www.bookwhen.com/ohhappysign are processed securely via Stripe. PayPal or bank transfer payments can be made by the family with prior agreement. Oh Happy Sign is exempt from registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office for the following reasons:

• It is an educational business.

• The information is always kept in-house and never sold on.

• Oh Happy Sign only uses the information for business purposes, news, developments or for future events.
